71 NOCHES DE GLOBOS DE ORO

Anteayer se celebraba la 71a edición de los Golden Globe Awards que cada año entrega la Asociación de Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood, y la verdad es que hubo de todo y para todos.

 

Sunday took place the 71st Golden Globe Awards ceremony by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, and actually there were everything.

 

Talento, glamour y hasta pasión se dieron cita en los cerca de 30.000 m2 de alfombra roja del Beverly Hilton Hotel de Los Angeles. Por la espectacular alfombra roja se pasearon los principales actores, directores, guionistas,... tanto del cine como de la televisión (un género cada vez más en auge). Y no defraudó.

 

Talent, glam and even passion met at the 30.000 m2 of red carpet from the Beverly Hilton Hotel at Los Angeles. Actors, directors, writers,.. from both television (which each time is gaining more recognition) and cinema walked through an amazing red carpet; and this one did not disappoint.

 

Las actrices lucían diseños de lo más variados, desde los que quitan el hipo (como Amy Adams con un espectacular Valentino con un escote en V a la que ella misma se refirió como "demasiado sexy para los Globos de Oro") a los más sobrios pero de magnífica elegancia (como los de Julianna Marguiles -vestido largo negro con bordados dorados en los bajos- o Julia Roberts -con un exquisito Dolce&Gabanna palabra de honor negro con cuerpo camisero blanco-).

 

Actresses wore all kind of designs, some of them breathtaking (as Amy Adams with an spectacular Valentino which she described as "too much sexy for a Golden Globes Festival") and other ones with an extreme and sober elegance (such as Julianna Marguiles' -a long black dress with golden embroideries at the feet- or Julia Roberts' -with an exquisite shoulder black dress Dolce&Gabanna with white t-shirt bodice-).   

Muchas de ellas eligieron el clásico total look black, como Julia Roberts, Cate Blanchett, Amy Poehler (que presentaba el certamen junto a Tina Fey) o Sofia Vergara.

El rosa -un must esta temporada- también lució en los modelitos de la cantante Taylor Swift -en un tono subido-, Sarah Hyland (Hailey en "Modern Family") o Kyra Sedwick; junto con los fabulosos rojo (Amy Adams, Emma Watson y Julie Delpy) y el plateado -Robin Wright, Sarah Paulson, Kate Mara o Naomi Watts-; entre otros. Y también los embarazos -Olivia Wilde muy atractiva enfundada en un ajustadísimo vestido verde glitter y Kerry Washington en un Balenciaga blanco espectacular-.

 

Color pink -a must this season- was also shown in Taylor Swift's look -in a rich rose tone-, Sarah Hyland (Hailey from "Modern Family") or Kyra Sedwick; as well as the always fabulous red (Amy Adams, Emma Watson and Julie Delpy) and silver (Robin Wright, Sarah Paulson, Kate Mara or Naomi Watts-; among others). And also actresses expecting their children looked sexy -Olivia Wilde very attractive with a tight glitter Green dress and Kerry Washington fitted in a spectacular white Balenciaga--

Ellos también dieron la talla: actores como Orlando Bloom, Colin Farrell, Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon y hasta Robert Redford estaban impresionantes con sus trajes (ya fuera en versión corbata o corbatín).

Pero no  faltaron los que acudieron con un aspecto algo desaliñado (Joaquin Phoenix y sus barba, bambas, coleta, etc.).

 

But there were also some who attended the show with an untidy look (Joaquin Phoenix and his beard, trainers, tail, etc.).

 

Más de 12.000 miembros de los medios de comunicación para cubrir todo un acontecimiento del mundo del espectáculo, todo un show que empezaba por la alfombra roja y seguía con la entrega de los premios de la Asociación.

 

More than 12.000 members of the media for covering such an event within the entertainment sector, a worthy show which began at the red carpet and was followed by the delivery of the Association's awards.

Cuando se terminó la fiesta, las estrellas se distribuyeron en las distintas y exclusivas fiestas que se organizan por Hollywood por las distintas agencias, productoras y stars para celebrar la que es la antesala de las próximas entregas de premios como los Oscar.

When the party was over, the stars atended different and exclusive parties hosted by producers, agencies or stars for celebrating the festival which is the precursor of other film festivals such as the Oscars.
